Eight attendees were at our Sept.23rd meeting for the great reveal of the Quarter Mile Legends group build. Details in the show ‘n tell, Voting for popular favorites was done on the web site.

Tommy joined the fun with a quickly built Don Prudomme yellow FE fueler painted with Krylon and had a nice display base, one week build !
Kervin showed off a box stock Polar Lights Big John Mazmanian Barracuda FC in a stunning Candy red, extensive body massaging went into this one and a half month build.
Robert did a masterful job on the vintage Revell Toni Foti LAPD Camaro pro mod, the build is fully plumbed, a lot of subtle build features and dynamic black & white paint rounds this one out. Excellent workmanship.
Donnie displayed a McDonalds RE Fueler and a Mongoose ‘57 Chevy FC both by Revell, fully plumbed, homemade windshield and custom Tamiya red paint. Both nicely done !
Brad brought seven completed builds ! -A MPC Young American FED with wonderful engine detailing. – A Revell SWC Willys as it first raced in pale silver blue metallic paint with all the working features, beautifully done. – A Revell blue Jungle Jim Camaro FC built out of the box.
A Bruce Larson Funny built out of donated kits, a lot of fabricated parts, build issues and decal problems were issues with it but were over come to make a nice build – A ‘70 Camaro Grumpy’s Toy early Pro Stock car that Brad built from a stock Camaro featuring 3D engine & hood, BM foil & white paint were on this excellent build. – A reissued MPC Grumpy’s Toy Vega had nice features & stance, attractive. A Revell limited Edition Hawaiian Charger FC was finished in Createx water based paint, lots of decals and features on this one that Brad finished in two weeks. A wonderful body of work on all your builds Brad !
